MT TODD Community Invitation Open Day Saturday, 30 May 2026 Vista Gold is pleased to invite the community to an Open Day at the Mt Todd Gold Mine on Saturday, 30 May 2026. The Mt Todd gold project is located approximately 50km north of Katherine and 250 km south of Darwin. Vista Gold has continued to advance the Mt Todd Gold Project, including publishing a revised feasibility study in July 2025 for a re-sized development scenario. Current activities at Mt Todd include progressing the required approvals and permits, undertaking pre-development optimisation works, and continuing project planning to support future development. We are taking a careful and responsible approach as we advance the Project and continue to manage the site in Care and Maintenance The Company is committed to keeping the community informed and to managing the site responsibly. Our environmental plans and data are available on our website www.mttodd.com.au. The Open Day event will include transport from Katherine, a tour of the site demonstrating how the mine is currently managed, an explanation of the gold deposit and Vista Gold's plans for the future. A BBQ lunch will be provided at the mine as the tour concludes. The tour will take approximately four hours including return travel from Katherine, running from 9.00 am to 2.00pm. Tour places are strictly limited due to safety requirements on site. No private vehicles will be permitted on site. All visitors will be required to wear long trousers, long sleeved shirts and covered shoes. The tour bus will collect visitors from the Katherine Visitor Information Centre at 9.00am.
